- The client books an appointment on the OnceHub page, selecting a specialist, service, and convenient date.
- Once confirmed, OnceHub sends a webhook to Planfix, including all relevant data: date, time, contact info, and technical details (e.g., task ID if previously defined).
- A task is automatically created in Planfix, its status is updated (e.g., "Booking Confirmed"), and the required automation is triggered—sending notifications to staff, updating calendars, sending SMS, etc.
Additionally, we can pass values from Planfix to OnceHub—such as a hidden task ID—to ensure seamless data linkage without displaying it to the client.
